How we roll…
Commitment makes a team
While Race Team is open to all, the success of our team is built on the commitment of individuals. Riders are expected to attend regular practices, uphold their commitments to the races they choose, and communicate to their coaches and team through TeamSnap.
Being on a team means prioritizing accountability, commitment, and follow-through.
Beyond Racing
World Headquarters
Our headquarters (aka HQ) is conveniently located near downtown Tucson, and a short ride to more than 100 miles of mountain bike trails in Tucson Mountain Park.
But HQ is more than just a jumping off point - it’s a community center where riders come to connect, learn and grow. HQ is a place to go after school, over spring break, or after a long weekend practice.
HQ allows us to store our bikes, park our vehicles and is shared with Rage Kitten Bicycle Service — a service-focused bike shop where youth riders gain real-world job training and experience.
HQ is also the new home of Ron Alvarez Cycling - a bike fit, bike sales and community-focused business who gives back to Beyond Racing.
Improvements to HQ are made possible by the generous support of parents, donors, and volunteers. We are always looking for resources to improve our space so we can welcome more riders.
